Medical Checkup

Spring medical checkup for 2026 will be conducted. Those who are eligible must take it.
Please complete the reservation ＆ questionnaire online in advance.
If you arrive without an advanced booking, you will not be able to take the medical checkup.
Please be sure to read the notes and arrive at the time you reserved.
Please pick up the urine container at the designated place in advance. (Except for new students)

Medical checkup for current students
Medical certificate
Current students who took 2025 medical checkup are eligible to obtain a copy of medical certificate from the automatic certificate issuing machine. If you have Chest x-ray findings, it will be issued at the Student HealthCare Center, please contact us.
* Those who did not take 2025 medical checkup cannot be issued.
